Digital invoices for a digital age

PriorWeb is taking an important step that will not only help our environment, but will also make sure that we push back our general paper usage.
As of today, we will only send out digital invoices to our individual customers. If you have a registered business number in our customer database, nothing will change. You will still receive your invoice like you always have, with regular mail as the default delivery option. Our terms and conditions have changed accordingly.
PriorWeb has always been a strong advocate of digital invoices, and has offered the possibility to switch over for a long time. About 17% of our customers already choose to receive a digital invoice. We deliver our digital invoices as a PDF file via email. All invoices can also be downloaded from our online control panel.
If your email address is no longer valid or we could not deliver your invoice digitally, we will contact you via phone or sms to discuss the options.
In 2011, PriorWeb is all in for an extensive digitalization of our administration. The decision we've made on these digital invoices, will help us to further achieve our ideology of a 'paperless company'.
