New version of Controlpanel (5.1) now available

PriorWeb is delighted to announce the new version 5.1 of our popular Controlpanel software today. In this version, we introduce a new search for domain names and we've improved database management.
Search for domain names
If you have multiple accounts with numerous domain names linked to them, it can be cumbersome to manage and find them in an efficient way. And sometimes, you just don't want to login to an account to manage just one particular feature.
That's why we wrote the new search feature for Controlpanel, which can be called up no matter where you are. This new features searches your accounts for domain names blazingly fast and tells you what account a particular domain name is linked to. You can then easily log in to that account with just one click of a button or call up a specific feature like DNS management.
To use the Controlpanel search, you must be logged in with your email address.
New MySQL management
Up till now, you were only able to create a database and link it to a new or existing database user, but not the other way around. However, our helpdesk was very glad to help you out with that kind of requests.
The MySQL feature in Controlpanel has now been completely redesigned to manage multiple users and multiple database, with used defined privileges. We want to make it easy for both normal and power users, to manage databases and users in an efficient way.
Numerous small improvement
In this version, we also focused on user experience when calling up several core features of Controlpanel. We redesigned some elements based on customer feedback. You'll notice that some elements have moved to a new, more logical place in the layout, and that some elements have been redesigned all together.
